When we decided to remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, we interviewed 4 companies, comparing pricing, reliability and quality of workmanship. It was a very easy decision to make, that VI Granite and Marble would be our vendor of choice. Mike’s personal involvement from design to material selection to project oversight was important to us, and he followed through on his promises. Doing what you say you are going to do is hard to find on the island and we were so happy with Mike’s hand holding through our entire project. We are so very pleased with the quality of the final product. And this was reinforced with his after sales customer service. We required a couple of minor adjustments to be made 8 months after the work was complete. Mike resolved our issue quickly, and with a smile. I have owned my home here on island for over 10 years and I know I would never find that sort of customer service, attention to detail and care about customer satisfaction with anyone else. We are so happy with our upgrades and receive compliments all the time on how our remodel work made such a difference in our home. The after vs before difference is astounding. All of the work done, from removal of all floor tile to replacement, complete bathroom renovation with your supply of beautiful white marble wall tiles, replacing all ceiling fans, light fixtures/outlets, and painting was done with fine quality.

Your office staff is a pleasure to work with. Chris Rhinesmith, the project manager for my renovation, provided excellent service with quality and personal care. He is a pleasure to work with, was always available and willing to assist with any matters from assistance in getting items to St. Thomas such as fixtures, ceiling fans, mattresses, and a Murphy bed with installation, to photos of the work in progress.
